SOLD Fire Raven
Fire Raven
Original Acrylic on Metal
The omen of the Raven is complex and can mean different things. Ravens bring the message of transformation and opportunity. The Viking god, Odin, had two Ravens named Hugin (thought) and Munin (memory). Odin would send these birds to fly around the world every day and report back to him as to what they saw. The Raven is often seen as a figure of intelligence, wisdom, and power, symbolizing great change or transformation with the ability to adapt and survive difficult and changing times. The Raven has long been used in carrying spiritual meanings. In Greek mythology, ravens are associated with Apollo, the God of prophecy and used as God’s messengers in the mortal world. The Raven can encourage us to use our intuition more often and take risks to create positive change in our lives. In essence, the spiritual meaning of Ravens reminds us of our higher purpose.
